As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, my role is to guide you on your journey towards optimal health, well-being, and inner peace, drawing from the rich history of Ayurveda in assisting people on this path.
On this journey towards health and balance, it is crucial to view it not as a quick fix, but as a process of establishing new healthy routines and lifestyle adjustments that will benefit you for the long term. Rather than making too many changes all at once, it is advisable to take it one step at a time. Rushing into multiple changes rapidly often leads to unsustainable outcomes. By gradually incorporating small steps, we can ensure that the lifestyle changes become lasting habits.
Throughout the process, I will provide you with new steps to take during each follow-up visit, tailored to your specific needs and progress. Generally, it is best to approach this as a 6 to 12-month journey, allowing ample time for steady progress and sustainable improvements in your well-being.
In certain cases, healing may occur rapidly, while in others, it may take more time. The speed of healing depends on various factors, such as the depth of the imbalance, the duration of the imbalance, and the individual's dedication to the healing process. Initially, we will have weekly sessions to work together closely. As you integrate the changes and progress, we can shift to meeting every two weeks. Over time, as you become more self-sufficient in maintaining balance, we will gradually reduce the frequency to monthly, and eventually, you may only need to see me once or twice a year.
The key to our health lies in what we consistently practice on a daily basis. The lifestyle adjustments we make are crucial in creating a balanced life that will continue to nourish and support us throughout our lives. Our main focus during our work together will be on making these positive lifestyle changes.
